Trace Enquiries Before Serving Legal Documents
A confirmed address is not always available. Trace enquiries are available at an additional cost where an address is incomplete, outdated or unknown.
A trace enquiry may be useful before attempting service, particularly where the available contact information is limited. The team can review the information you hold and explain whether further enquiries may be appropriate.
Results depend on the information available and cannot be guaranteed. A trace enquiry does not guarantee that a person will be located, contacted or successfully served.
